DJJ Supporting the Community in 2015
Every year DJJ supports a wide range of community and charitable efforts. Here's a quick look at some of the organizations we supported in 2015:

Helping Wounded Warriors
Shootout For Soldiers came to Long Island again this year and DJJ was proud to play a role in the success of this innovative and highly successful event benefiting our veterans.

Shootout For Soldiers was founded in 2012 by a group of high school students from Maryland who wanted to help wounded veterans and came up with the idea of a 24-hour lacrosse game.

From its beginnings in Baltimore, Shootout For Soldiers expanded first to Long Island in 2014 and then this year to Boston, Columbus, Ohio and San Diego. Since its inception Shootout For Soldiers has raised more than a half million dollars for charities benefiting wounded veterans.
